Actions are imported twice

Overlap between imports is normally not a problem: PDT automatically recognizes previously imported actions and won't import them again. So you can safely import an export that partly covers the same period as an earlier import.

Does it happen in a specific case that transactions are still processed twice? On the action page you then see the same transactions, which makes your account value too high. You can fix this by deleting your imported actions and importing a full export from your broker again. Manually entered actions remain when deleting, and previously created strategies stay linked.

Clear your portfolio

You clear your portfolio via Account → Personal data → Delete actions. This article can help you: Clear my portfolio.

Import again

Then import a new, full export from your broker. Choose a start date from before your very first broker action. Select your broker via Import your broker.
