You can easily clear a DEGIRO import or entered transactions via your account.
Delete imported or manual actions
It is also possible to delete or edit a single action. Edit or delete an action.
Step 1: Go to your account and click on Personal Information.
Step 2: Choose 'Delete imported data' or 'Delete all actions'.
Choose Remove Imported Data to only remove your DEGIRO import from PDT. Your manual actions will still exist. Choose Remove all actions to empty your entire portfolio.
Google Sheets
Do you synchronize your broker actions via Google Sheets?
Step 1: Go to the action page. Go to Import Actions and click on Synchronize Google Sheets.
Step 2: Click on the Disconnect link to remove broker actions from PDT.
