Import your Easybroker actions
With Easybroker, you can import your broker actions into PDT. The import process consists of two steps. You start with a one-time import of your historical broker actions using XML files. These files are exported from Easybroker and then uploaded into PDT.
Once your historical broker actions have been imported, you can link your account via the Easybroker integration. With this integration, new broker actions are automatically added, without the need to import files again.
Step 1: Log in to Easybroker.
Step 2: Go to the menu item Performance & Reports and select Flex Queries.
Create an Activity Flex Query
To export your historical broker actions, you first need to set up an Activity Flex Query.
Step 1: Click the plus icon in Activity Flex Query.

Step 2: Give the Query Name a name (e.g. PDT).

Step 3: Under Sections, select the following options:
- Cash Transactions
- Commission Details
- Corporate Actions
- Transfers
- Interest Accruals
- Option Exercises, Assignments and Expirations
- Trades

If a window appears, select all available options by checking them and select all columns using Select All. If you need to choose between Summary or Detail, choose Detail.

Step 4: Make sure all options under Trades are selected

Step 5: Change the period to Last 30 calendar days.

Step 6: You can keep all other settings at their defaults. Select Continue at the bottom of the page and complete the setup.
If you’ve already added transactions for Easybroker via the Google Sheet or manually, you can leave those in place and skip the manual import. Just create the Flex Query and continue with the connection.
Download and import historical broker actions
Once the Activity Flex Query has been set up, you can download your broker actions.
Step 1: Click the arrow icon of the previously created PDT – Activity Flex Query.

Step 2: Under Period, select Custom Date Range. Then choose January 1 and December 31 for the year you want to export.
365 days is the maximum possible period. For example, if you want to export 2 years of data, you will need to download two separate files, one for each calendar year.

Step 3: Make sure XML is selected under Format and click the Run button.
Once all years for a complete history have been downloaded, you can import them into PDT.
Stap 4: Upload the XML files by dragging them into PDT. Or go to the actions page → Import actions → Easybroker, and click Import history.
Activate the Flex Web Service
To synchronize your future actions with PDT, you first need to set up the Flex Web Service.
Step 1: Click the settings icon in the Flex Web Service Configuration.

Step 2: Select Flex Web Service Status and click the Save button.

Step 3: When you see the following screen, set Expires After to 1 Year
