When do I have to pay and what is my cancellation period?
At the moment, we offer two different subscriptions. A monthly subscription for € 7.50 per month or an annual subscription for €75 per year (2 months discount).
Both subscriptions come with a 7-day trial period.
During registration, we ask you to set up your payment method. We will not charge the final payment until after your trial period. If you cancel your subscription within the trial period, we will not charge you any costs.
Within your trial period, you can therefore cancel your subscription free of charge. After your trial period, a monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly. An annual subscription can be cancelled annually.
